This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform La Quintessenza del Borgo in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A surcharge of 20 euro applies for arrivals after check-in hours, from 18:00 - 20:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the use of the shared kitchen involves and additional cost of 15 euro per day, to be paid at check in. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
