Aurora luxury beach lodge

Emergency accommodation as I was dropping my daughter off for a weekend at the barracks. My son and I needed somewhere to eat and sleep and use as a base that was more than a hotel room. The aurora caravan was much more than anticipated, it is well decorated and well furnished with everything one could need the park itself was not all open ( as it is out of season) however my teenage son is not really in need of the children's activities etc that the park offers. The owner was in touch and when I asked questions about the accommodation prior to arrival, her replies where prompt, polite and helpful. Overall, we will definitely be booking again next time my daughter is called to lossie. Both my son enjoyed the luxury of the lodge over sitting in a hotel room together for a weekend. The view of the lighthouse in all its glory was also very welcome. The caravan is also walking distance to the pool. The pool itself is paid for serperatly, however this was clean and staff friendly just like everyone else we encountered on the park during our stay.

Very nice and warm, cosy lodge. We had a welcome gift, and the lodge was already prepared for our arrival. Everything was spotless and nice. Felt like home. We will definitely go back there. We've been lucky enough to see the Northen Lights and our little one to play in the snow.

The host was very helpful, accommodating, and they went over and above to ensure we had a lovely stay. The lodge was all set up for a cosy stay with everything we required. Highly recommend staying at this lodge.

Location was very quiet at this time of year, was able to relax after a long day driving and enjoy the peacefulness
