Little Petra Bedouin Camp

Lovely helpful and friendly staff, delicious dinner and breakfast options, beautiful location and comfortable camp accommodation! Very cozy and welcoming place. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would recommend!

I was kindly upgraded by Ahmed, although I was shown the tent I had initially booked which was very overpriced at £60 a night so I’m very grateful that I was placed in a nicer room. Water was hot and the heater worked well. Jihad and Ahmed were both lovely and kept me company as I was the sole guest that night.

It was uncomfortable and fairly awkward being a solo woman travelling and staying in a camp alone. I would advise the camp closes over the quiet seasons as there is not much of an ambiance without other guests. I know I would have had a much better experience in the summer. The staff tried their best but I would suggest that locals aren’t allowed in the camp as it makes it uncomfortable as a solo woman travelling alone.

Our stay at Little Petra Bedouin Camp was fantastic: the rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly. We were warmly welcome and very well taken care off. Will definitely come again!

Beautiful evening scenery of thousands lights lit around the camp, comfy resting place where you can have shisha and tea. Amazing beds and overall vibe of the place is amazing.
