MYpoor counter service. when going to checkout there is no staff at the counter for checkout at 6 am. No response from the staff after calling and ringing the bell repeatedly. This is very difficult for tenants.

the pillow cases look quite dirty even though it is clean due to tough stains. the water heater holder is broken and the mattress seems yellow even covered by sheets but fortunately didn’t feel itchy when sleeping on it.
