The venue is beautiful, very picturesque

The staff are horrible and the way they treat people of color is unacceptable. They left my 1 year old starving for 5 hours because they did not care to put in an order I made for her food, knowing good and well that their hotel is in the outskirts of town. They continuously neglected our rooms and reception kept hanging up our calls. I went there for a wedding that was taking place at the venue, but don’t get me started on the way they mistreated the bride and her family while she paid thousands of dollars to have her wedding there and brought in good business for the hotel because a number of her guests stayed there. I guess it’s unfortunate that her guests were people of color. The management there really needs to change because I believe this starts from the top. I told them that I would be leaving a very honest review about my stay. I literally couldn’t wait to leave.
