"Cosy cave"

The location was great, and the beds comfortable, we also had the remote control for the AC so we had control over the temperature, which is rare. The bar area is good to have a dinner at from the market and the staff was very helpful and nice.

The stairs are a bit steep but apart from that all good.

Staff is always very helpful and respond to questions immediately.

There seem to be leaking/plumbing issues. One toilet on the 4th floor was unable, and the bum gun was leaking in the other bathroom. I know plumbing issues are expensive to address, and cannot always be fixed immediately. But I am just mentioning it.
