Nice location, with really comfy beds. Staff was helpfull and really nice.

Beautiful common space. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable linen. Reasonably comfortable common area. Great food and excellent coffee. Perfectly central. Staff are initially a bit shy but warm-up pretty quickly and are helpful and friendly.

1) Lockers should ideally be outside the rooms. At present it is hard to find something in your locker without making a noise or turning on the lights. 2) It's very awkward to get out of a shower or brush your teeth and then walk into a bar customer. Perhaps there should be a bathroom dedicated to bar customers only. 3) It's very difficult to have a shower and get dressed in a shower cubicle. Clean clothes get wet from the shower and a wet floor results into wet trousers. Ideally the bathroom area should be converted into 3 small full bathrooms each with a shower, basin, toilet and small seat. 4) There is enough space in the rooms to have wooden capsules with doors instead of bunkbeds. This would illuminate problem number 1

Location is good, air con in the rooms is good and the beds are very comfortable.

We shared the (very small) female dorm with 2 15 year olds which was quite unusual.. breakfast was average, we paid extra for this and then we were told it was free. Not worth paying the extra on booking.com IMO. They also charged more than what was on our booking.com confirmation.

excellent price, rooms are small with no Windows but the beds are really comfy and the privacy is good. lockers and AC. free breakfast is delicious and the free cocktail is fab! great location too👍👍

no windows in rooms, but this cannot be changed. everything else is great
