ALASI Tinos Jacuzzi Hotel

Excellent location, friendly staff. The beach of Laouti is one of the best we tried in Tinos. 3 mins walk to the beach. Comfy beds and spacious room. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi.

The breakfast can be improved with better products and quality. I give 9 only because the breakfast was of (very) low quality.

The place was amazing, 3min walking from the beach and 10 min drive from the port and center of the island. The room was very very clean and comfortable! The staff very kind and joyful. The changed our towels and made our bed every day. The bed and pillow were SO comfortable, exactly what you need for a restful vacation. Good breakfast quality! Has a huge parking space.

Only the bed was comfortable and the area was nice next to a beach.

We booked a suite with sea view for almost 450 euro for 2 nights. The room had a view to 5 apartments of another hotel. When we said this to the reception he said us that we are right and that he will call the manager. After several minutes we bother them again to tell us that the manager will be there in 20 minutes. The manager never appeared. Instead of this he called us and was ironic that we didn't know what we booked and insisted on the view that was only a tiny part from the steps of the entrance. We demanded a refund which to that moment after 3 days not only we didn't see him not even refunded. Room overall was spacious but not something special. With one open shower in the area of one bedroom (room is for 4) that flooded all the room every time and we wonder if we were 4 persons, when someone was showering the other 3 should go to the balcony. A balcony that didn't have a table. The cover of the toilet was broken and when we mention it the next morning to the reception on the buffet area he said that he will fix it. Till the check out time noome fix it. On our second mention he said that they order it and it will be some time there. On first morning on the breakfast the toaster was broken which didn't replaced due our stay but only removed. Breakfast was OK. Not something traditional or any addition than the typical things on a small buffet. Upon check out was a guy at the reception that it didn't say anything not greeted us, not even thank you not even good bye. Totally unacceptable behavior, management and hospitality for so much money that we spend. Stay away they care only to grab your money

The breakfast was very good and the room modern, very nice and spacious. The room and the hotel were very clean; towels were changed every day. The personnel was very helpful.

The location is a bit crowded with buildings and there is no view or privacy. It is a bit far away from the best beaches and from the small villages of the interior.

Nice and perfect hotel. Clean and bright rooms. Near beach and nice Taverna.

This new hotel exceeded our expectations with its stylish decor and modern facilities. The beds are very comfortable, and everything is spotless. The staff is clearly excited and dedicated to providing top-notch service. The hotel is also located only a few steps from the beach, which made our stay amazing! Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!
