I would like a refund as I dint even get to stay as PIN code was wrong n no one Awnser the property number

Quiet location and great facilities, very clean and spacious

Not in the centre of restaurants, bars etc but still had a few in walking distance

Property was so spacious with all amenities provided and in a fantastic location extremely close to the city centre. The host was very clear about the instructions of how to get into the property and gave us an extremely hassle free experience. All bedding was clean and towels were provided throughout.

Very spacious, clean, great location for walking into the centre, really good value. Would recommend!

The parking wasn’t great Enough hot water for 3 people to have showers

would not recommend booking this house as the host is rude and greedy. He is disrespectful to his service users and is not understanding. The host has a ring door bell, which was not disclosed before hand, which goes against booking.com guidelines. During me and my friends stayhe harassed us for extra money for extra guests that wanted to stay & continuously threatened to cancel our booking. When the extra guests decided that they no longer wanted to stay he threatened to send security unless he received the money. I have asked for my deposit back as i’m a 100% sure that there were no breakages due to the level of harassment causing nobody to sleep in the house however the host has decided to ignore messages & has not sent the deposit.
