"Exceptional"

Incredible nice Family with a lake that invites for a sunset swim. Basic beds and a true Vietnam experience. I definitely suggest taking part in the family dinner. It was delicious and they are very grateful when it comes to serving ricevine. I actually came by twice and I would come again. Great spot to take a break between Hanoi and Ha Giang.

The property is at the location as shown on the map. Low clearance cars might have an issue but accessible by bike. It's a part of a cultural village. The view is breath-taking and the property has a direct access to the lake. The room was simple and nice, however, it's adjacent to the dormitory and washroom/toilets are outside.

The manager is a very sweet and kind lady. However, there might come communication issues, especially with the prices of the room and exact nature of booking and so on. I advised her to look into that issue and resolve the problem. I think it was an issue with communication between them and the booking.com.
