The room was comfortable and clean.

The rooms are not soundproof and the staff didn't give me the proper code for the storage room and took a long time to respond to my email, which ended up complicating my last day. I am hoping this incident is a one off...

Everything was great. Hosts communicated quickly and effectively. Good location very close to Whole Foods & convention center. Apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Laundry downstairs was a lifesaver.

It would have been nice if there were a few more plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc, and some basic cooking stuff like salt, oil, etc.
