The hotel location was very good, right in the city center, close to everything. A big plus for the boutique atmosphere.

The hotel requires renovation. The bed linen in the room was colorful, like in a private apartment, whereas hotel standards usually mean clean white bedding. The bathroom was in terrible condition, the shower was moldy and dirty. The windows were so dirty that it was impossible to see the view, which was supposed to be one of the room’s advantages. The most helpful person at the hotel was the lady who handled the cleaning. There is no reception or anyone responsible for handling guest issues. During the three-day stay, there was no one present who seemed to manage the hotel. There was also a very unpleasant smell throughout the hotel at night and early in the morning. The price per night was not low, but the standard was very poor

Great location with incredible views of the three cities and the Grand Harbour. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well renovated old building. A short walk to the bus station and almost all the sights of Valletta, as well as being right next to the piers for the water taxi to the three cities and the fast ferry to Gozo. The restaurant on the first floor is an added bonus. The breakfast offered at a nearby establishment requires climbing stairs and may be a problem for people with mobility issues.
