Atvykus, kambariai buvo nesutvarkyti nuo buvusių svečių. Susisiekus su šeimininku, kambariai buvi sutavrkyti per kelias valandas. Tad problema buvo išspręsta. Gaila, kad poto visą vakarą jautėsi stiprus valymo priemonių kvapas.

We rented this property as part of a wedding weekend, and the location was perfectly situated between the two venues. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 small children. The large playroom upstairs was a hit with the kids. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels/linen. The hosts were very responsive and easy to reach when needed. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

No complaints really - we had a few minor issues that the hosts helped resolve right away. The smoke alarm nearest the kitchen is VERY sensitive but opening windows and running the fan helped. The large bathtub in the master bathroom was out of order but another smaller one was available.

Clean and comfy house with all utilities in a quiet and convenient location close to groceries. Easy access to major cities around. The host was quick and polite in their messaging. We were visiting family we have close by in WA and Jofer's served us perfectly. Thankful for the opportunity to stay here.

This property has so much potential. Yet the decor & amenities were slim to nothing. My sister lives in the area and we are very familiar with the Renton, Washington area. The yards weren’t maintained at this property or those around it. We understand the cost of living but this house is used as income. The master suite is very nice, yet the closet has no where to hang clothes…. because it is used for the house storage. This was a huge inconvenience because we were there for a wedding and had suits & a gown for the wedding. As the ones paying for the house, this should be accessible to the renters. There were many rooms but all had twin beds in upstairs bedroom accept the master suite . This poses a problem for families with adult sons over 5’ 7”. We found old, used wash clothes in the hall bathroom upstairs. Because the guest is responsible to start the towels before leaving, the cleaning crew over looks the fact that face cloths are left in the showers. This is an immediate concern because the cleaning crew isn’t thorough. We didn’t cook in the kitchen in our Thursday-Monday stay. The faucet was disgusting & the kitchen needs more accessories. There were 6 wine glasses but No wine opener. We purchased a wine opener and left it for the owners. We are in our 60s & had 9ur grow children, nephew & family over & felt like we couldn’t have a family gathering.

Very nice well maintained house

Living room, kitchen, family, upper loft, and 5 bedrooms (1 br in main level and 4 br 2nd level) baths all are very well situated. Additionally, every sofa is a futon. Location is perfect, local restaurants, supermarket, everything a family group would need. Heating worked perfectly and did not hear any fan noise.

Could have a few more pots and pans for cooking.
