Location is unbeatable. It is very cute comfortable apartment that has everything for short and long stays. Check in was easy and organized.

A beautiful spacious apartment. Apartment was clean, Has a huge bathroom with laundry facilities, which is hard to find, In great location close to the old castle.

Check out time is not very flexible.

Great spot to stay in Verona close to center.

The location was good for our needs.

Our "check in" instructions described the location of a lock box. The instructions said photos would follow; they did not. We were lucky and spotted the lock box. Access to lock box for entry keys was extremely difficult (at night). It was located high off the ground (about 6 feet) and the combination was almost impossible to see due to lack of contrast. To their benefit, they said that they usually meet people upon arrival. However, due to a train workers strike, we arrived later than expected and had to figure this out for ourselves. Finally, we were only told that the apartment was on the 2nd floor. With 5 doors on the 2nd floor, we had to "quietly" do some trial and error to find the correct unit. (A very simple piece of information that should have been included.)

The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location could not be better, very close to the Castello and to Piazza Bra, and a reasonable walk from the Porta Nuova train station.

Lots of space, full kitchen, clean bathroom with laundry machine and best of all air conditioning.

Location was a bit far to town center

The suite was very unique and charming. There was adequate space for our family of five. The kitchen was quite large, as was the bathroom. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The washing machine was the smallest one I have ever seen, which I actually found quite amusing. I think you could fit one good sized towel in it. Despite this, we managed a few loads of laundry.

The biggest drawback for us was the air conditioning. There were two units, one in the living room and one in the main bedroom, but both felt like they were just working as fans, not air conditioning. The temperature of the suite never dropped below 29 degrees Celsius, which was not cool enough for us. The hosts actually came over and tried to help us with the air conditioning, but unfortunately it didn't really make a difference.

Locations was great, there was plenty of room to spread out.

Stairs, just hard to get the suitcases up and down.
