The room and bathroom were PERFECT! Super clean. Very spacious.

The location.

From the moment I arrived, there was a quiet sense of ease that made the entire stay feel intentional. The atmosphere was refined yet comfortable, with a level of cleanliness and attention to detail that didn’t go unnoticed. The staff carried themselves with a natural professionalism, offering help when needed without ever being intrusive, which made the experience feel seamless.

I didn’t have any major complaints during my stay, as everything was generally well handled. That said, there were a few instances where service could have been more prompt, particularly at peak times. While it didn’t take away from the overall experience, a bit more consistency in response time would have elevated the stay further

The breakfast was lovely especially the pineapple juice Deffo give it a try!

The WiFi could be better. It disconnects each time the power supply is down and power supply could be improved

Friendly and proactive staff who understand your requirements and do what’s required on time. They even remind you to order breakfast and breakfast is free. They are not just about the money but about making sure you get value.

The bed was too soft for me

The room was very clean and modern. The sit out area is very cozy. The restaurant on first floor was not up to standard. The wait was long and the food was ok.
