Very little toilet paper supplied, needed to buy our own and the bathroom sink didn't self drain.

"You have a nice place that may benefit from some minor tweaks here and there."

Space, clean, most facilities

Not hot water in the shower. Barely warm after playing with the faucet and being able to decrease the water pressure which then allowed for the water to get warm but never hot. Might be of benefit to place a rug in the entrance inside to wipe your shoes and keep the floor clean specially on rainy days like yesterday.

Clean, comfortable, good location.

Small air conditioner in main bedroom was inadequate on hot nights. Ceiling tiles could use some pain. Top drawer in small bedroom needs repair.
