Un appartement hors des hordes de touristes, dans un quartier populaire vivant. Des parties communes agréables, et notamment le jardin. Excellent accueil (avec de nombreux conseils et suggestions de visite et de restaurants).

"Wonderful Home away from Home in Verona"

Das Zimmer Nummer 3 war sehr gut und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Bad war modern und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Selbstverständlich war alles super-sauber. Der Balkon liegt ruhig und hat eine Aussicht auf die Häuser der Nachbarschaft. Davide, der Gastgeber, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit, und hatte tolle Tipps für Gastronomie der Nachbarschaft und Verona überhaupt. Die gemeinsam für alle 5 Zimmer nutzbare Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Man konnte sich jederzeit Kaffee(Nespresso) oder Tee, etc machen. Jeden Tag gab es eine neue Flsche Wasser in den Kühlschrank. Der Style und die Ausstattung des ganzen Hauses waren so derart gut durchdacht und schön, dass man sich das auch für zu Hause wünschte. Grazie Mille. Der Fußweg zur Altstadt von Verona war ungefähr 20 Minuten, zur Arena ca. 25-30 Minuten.

Der ruhige Hinterhof war ein schöner Raum, um noch dem Trubel der Stadt zu entspannen …die schöne Gemeinschaftsküche … die gute Organisation und nette Betreuung durch Davide. Danke!!!

Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, aber zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen. Frühstück ist nicht konzipiert, aber es gibt im Erdgeschoss eine sehr nette Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist, in der man sich einen Kaffee und Frühstück zubereiten kann. Ein Supermarkt ist gegenüber. Betten sind bequem, Klimaanlage im Zimmer, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Klare Empfehlung.

Davide was the perfect host. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The place is slightly out of the centre, which we didn’t mind. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was very clean and comfortable we loved our time in Verona helped by our stay at this property

I have suggested Davide should Consider having a small fridge in the room to hold cold drinks when the weather is hot
