Easy access to the apartment - clear messaging - well equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches - soft drinks and designated fridge area and pretty, leafy courtyard with seating and tables. Within walking distance of the old town, bus stop and handy supermarket opposite. Able to leave luggage to collect later on day of checkout.

Fairly easy acceas from station but needed more info on bus routes as arrived on public transport and got a bit lost. Check out could be a bit later than 10 am- especially at the rates which were the same as a hotel if not more.

It was a clean, comfortable room and very friendly staff.

It is a very comfortable place to stay. It is spotlessly clean and tastefully modernised. There is a delightful garden to sit in and relax. The owner is available and very willing to assist with any queries. The area is convenient for walking into the city centre and the bus service is frequent and inexpensive.

There is nothing that I would change.

Set in a beautifully renovated house in Veronetta, 15 minutes by foot from the old city center, Santa Marta has a unique charm. We loved the aesthetics of the interiors and enjoyed the private garden filled with lush plants. Our room was in the attic, so no views or balcony, but very quiet and equipped with a spacious bathroom. You can feel totally at home here. Guests have access to the kitchen with their own shelf in the fridge, coffee and tea. There is a supermarket and a greengrocer right in front of the residence. Davide is a careful and forthcoming host who will take his time to show you the premises and give you useful tips. We loved it!
