Grand Palace Hotel Lusaka

Location is good. Near malls and convenient for my mission in Lusaka. Nice, easy place to stay.

Whenever I got back to my room in the evening, there was a smell coming out of the shower drain. I had to run the shower for a minute and that would help. The safe in the room was not working. They advised that maintenance is not done if I’m not present. The responsible team are available only until 5pm. My daily return to the room was 7pm, meaning I couldn’t use the safe.

The place was clean and comfortable

No microwave in room. Breakfast wasn't as good as one from a hotel. No bathroom mat. Only 2 lights were working our of 5 of them. I felt like like i was in a good lodge but standards were not good enough for a hotel.

Place is great....for business and leisure...staff are amazing. But they can do better with meal options even though what is provided is prepared nicely.

Can Improve on the meal options otherwise great place and I can recommend
