GBGBThe apartment is very central and has an excellent view of the harbour. It was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen had everything you would need for a short break.
Unfortunately, the floor is very uneven in parts and has been glued down but is still a trip hazard. There is very little fresh air in the apartment, as only two little windows open in the front room and the windows overall are very old, grubby and falling apart. They really need replacing. The TV is very hard to use even for the tech savvy and the bedding was stained in parts. You can also hear the upstairs noise considerably.
GBThe instruction for the coded front door and the key lock was clear and straight forward. This property sits at the heart of Dartmouth offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The location and the view from the lounge was superb! The property is clean and comfortable. The availability of a coffee machine with good supply of coffee pods added a touch of luxury to the our stay.
The views from the bedroom windows were slightly disappointing. The decoration is showing needs for improvement, including the cracks in the kitchen floor and the moulds on the single glazed lounge windows. Can’t comment on the level of comfort in winter days but certainly a great choice in summer!

Sadly we paid a 5 star price but you don’t expect stained carpets , damp and a sewerage smell . Unable to sleep in the main bedroom due the smell which hit you every time you went into the room. The door in the shower room was black from soaking up the water from the carpet and damp was visible up the wall . Not what you expect for that price and no monetary compensation from the company despite only being able to use the small bedroom with the single beds in . Not ideal when two friends wanted rest and a relaxing time away . Very disappointing.

The entrance in Church Close is not ideal with lots of rubbish but I totally realise there is nothing you can do about this.
