Room, cleaness, staff friendliness . Few minutes walk from metro station, This 10 minutes away from main train station.

Noise from street traffic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Car parking was a plus as I was looking exactly for a hotel with car parking. Food i was there for 3 nights but was leaving for my work early so never tried the breakfast even though it was in my package. It is in a convenient place that was very good. The linen in the room was nice n clean without holes , they even give you a disposable dental and shaving kit which was a plus for a small hotel. In general it is a good budget friendly place if you are coming to Mumbai for few days even with your family. I would go there again in future.

The couple of things I would like to point out is if they could start breakfast at 6.30am that would be very helpful for travelers who go to work early.

Good service and food excellent

Great hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Beautiful interior. The manager helped to call a taxi and printed boarding passes for the plane. Clean bathroom, air conditioner. Elevator between ground and 5 floor. Unfortunately, I could not try breakfasts (the difference between home and local time is 3 hours, I just can not eat so early), but I am sure that they are delicious. Before check-in, we did not have time to change the required amount of payment for accommodation in rupees. The manager allowed us to pay in dollars at a good rate. If you came to Mahindra Independence Rock, like us - an excellent choice, the festival is 25 minutes walk away.

Excellent Indian Breakfast. Great Value for Money. We also had dinner and the food was amazing.

Try to have some extra bathroom utilities such as soaps and shampoos.
