We booked checking in with a kid between 22.00 and 23.00, payment went through ok but none was answering the phone till after 23.15 pm. It is a bit misleading to say that there is 24h reception because there is not! The address given was not very accurate, and we searched the whole neighbourhood while waiting for a reply to our several phone calls and email, no sign was visible in the dark. We were just about to cancel the booking when our last phone call was eventually answered. Upon arrival, the apartment was freezing cold and we were told that "central heating was out of petrol" so the only way to warm up the whole apartment was the air conditioning that took a very long time. Given the circumstances, we kindly asked for a later check out than 11.00 am so that we at least get a proper rest but we were told that it was not possible, eventhough the apartment was no booked for the next day. So, unfortunately, not the best experiences...
