Spacious Comfortable house close to Etihad+parking

Was lovely staying in Aarons property in Manchester for the weekend. Nice and clean property, which was close to the city centre and all the shops we needed. Would definitely stay again, and would recommend to others

Nothing, all was perfect!

It's a good size, beds are comfy, Asda and some shops very close by. Reasonable TV. Accessable to central Manchester.

Property does not reflect the photos and is tired and run down. It's clearly used as a multiple occupancy dwelling, was dirty, with hand prints over the walls and doors. It has a damp problem and smells of damp. The shower curtain was disgusting and mouldy. Front door step is dangerous, with a piece missing. There is parking, however, we couldn't get in as multiple cars had parked across it during our stay. Not enough kitchen facilities for a big party. Claims to cater for 7, however, only had 2 forks. We struggled to cater for 5 for Christmas dinner. Only 1 baking tray and 1 rack in the oven. The kitchen smelt of fat and everything in there needed cleaning. There were marks and dirt over the plates and cutlery. The microwave was filthy. There is plenty of rubbish in the roads and all of the bins were rammed full. They are clearly waiting for the council to pick the rubbish up, rather than treating this as a commercial property. Whilst the road is ok, the area itself isn't particularly nice. Finally the owner is not responsive, so if you have an issue be prepared to wait at least 48 hours.

Spacious property with a good location, not far from the city centre at all. I have stayed here twice and can’t recommend the house enough.
