Staff amazing and helpful. Breakfast was included and delicious. Pool steps right onto the beach.

Very beautiful scenery from the restaurant and pool area. It was great to have breakfast right by the beach and look at the sea. The rooms are nice, I think renewed. Clean and in good condition, and the balcony is nice. Wonderful, helpful and polite staff.

Bien que le petit déjeuner soit affiché à 10h30 max sur Booking, il est en réalité à 10h. Nous y sommes allés à 9h50. Mais sans rien nous dire, le personnel a débarrassé le.buffet sans nous demander si l'on souhaitait autre chose au cours de notre petit déjeuner. Ils n'ont pas voulu me servir un simple café car c'était trop tard.

Od pierwszego dnia było czuć i widać wilgoć w całym pokoju - woda skraplająca się na szybach i szklankach, zapach pleśni w powietrzu, pleśń na artykułach dodatkowych (otwieracz, fugi). Dodatkowo hotel zlokalizowany był daleko od miasta - pół godzinny spacer, żeby tam dojść był potrzebny. Jeśli ktoś liczy na plażę przy hotelu - potwierdzam wcześniejsze opinie - nie ma jej.

The room was very spacious, quiet, and clean - I slept extremely well here. I liked the pool area and that the resort has a fitness room (fairly dated, but sufficient). It is located north of Chaweng so about a 15min walk to the town.

Breakfast was not good, I expected a higher quality of ingredients for a four star resort. Additionally, the “beach” was non existent as it was perpetually covered in water.
