C'est une très belle et spacieuse maison de caractère, avec une grande pièce de vie (superbe murs en pierre 🤩). La literie est confortable, le ménage bien fait, les serviettes et les draps sentent bon 😆 Bon rapport qualité prix. Une station de métro à 5 minutes, pratique quand on arrive de l'aéroport, et le centre historique à 15-20 minutes à pied.

Il y a une terrasse et un jardin mais nous n'en avons pas profité car c'est laissé à l'abandon... La terrasse et le salon de jardin mériteraient d'être passés au Karcher et le jardin entretenu, taillé. De plus il y avait une odeur de poubelles dehors, nous n'avons même pas pu aérer la cuisine à cause de cela. Je n'avais pas vraiment fait attention aux commentaires mais effectivement il y a une odeur d'égout/d'humidité dans les salles de bain et une très mauvaise odeur dans le placard de la cuisine. Je pense que les murs en pierre ont été étouffés derrière les mauvais revêtements et qu'ils ne respirent pas. Pas trop gênant pour un court séjour mais la maison passerait vraiment à un autre niveau si ce problème d'humidité était corrigé.

La maison a beaucoup de charme et est confortable ! L'emplacement est central, le centre ville mais aussi l'aeroport et la plage sont facilement accessibles.

Certaines chambres un peu bruyantes, sans être très dérangeant

Great space to hang out as a family

Loved the old and new style of the building. High ceilings, long doors, old stairway, view to small garden with lime tree from the main bedroom. Location was great, a little walk from main city but the house is on a street that is not as busy as other city homes. The simple tasteful, themed decorative nature of the house gave us a stay that was different and unique to other stays..

There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom pipes and the home was not air conditioned. There was plenty of fans in each room which was great however it was difficult to sleep at night with fans on to keep cool.

A lot of space and well furnished; clean and comfortable bedrooms with large, clean bathrooms.

Location was a little busy (street traffic) but understandable given density of Porto city.

Beds were very comfy, the location was good, facilities were perfect, easy to access with a group due to the coded entry.

Lack of AC was a bit problematic in the height of the Portugal heat wave, but with the big stone walls I think it would have been fine any other time of the year. Plenty of fans were provided to make the situation slightly better though.

The property is a beautiful old 19th century Portugese house, lovely high ceilings, wooden floors and great period features. Huge rooms and enormous bathrooms with a lovely garden to enjoy breakfast in. A well stocked kitchen and lots of towels and bed linen. Centrally located, about 15 minutes walk to the main area and close to a few supermarkets selling delicious pastries. We enjoyed the freedom of our own home and had no problems with anything - water, electricity, bugs etc! The admin staff were excellent and responsive. We entered via a key code sent to us in advance and they kindly let us store our luggage in their office after we checked out so we could enjoy the rest of our day. Met their office cats, which was a nice touch.

It was on a fairly busy road, but we wanted a central location so to be expected. It was also next to a school which starts fairly early if you wanted a lay in but the sound of children playing is really quite pleasant!

We liked the location and the space of the apartment.

We unmade our beds ( all of us in all 5 rooms and beds and the sheets were dirty. I wrote an email and complained but never got any response.
