I had booked overnight accommodation for 4 August 2025. I made the original booking on 30 June 2025 and consequently received 5 emails confirming the booking and providing information relating to the accommodation. When we arrived at the premises we found them occupied by a family who had booked it with Airbnb. We had to find alternative accomodation at a cost in excess of £100.00 more than our original payment to Booking.com. It was obviously double booked. I couldn't contact the company by phone as all I got was a messaging service. I subsequently sent an email informing them of the situation. I am currently awaiting a reply

"Stressful!!!"

Do not book this property!!! We turned up and there was already someone in it. No communication as the owner said he has sold the property and this is listed twice on booking.com

As I say someone was already staying at the property, it has been double booked. Struggled to get in touch with anyone for alternative arrangements. Ended up having to drive home to Hull after a gig that we had booked.

"Very stressful and."

Do not book this property. It should not be listed as we booked in March and paid up front. Contacted them several times to ask for lockbox info. Nothing. Then rang them. He blocked my number but my friend rang up. From another phone. He answered explained he no longer managed property. Gave another number and they do not manage booking .com property. We luckily found somewhere else to stat

The location was spot on and you can even see Anfield Stadium from the front door. Everything was tidy and clean and you can see that the property is well look after. I had to call the contact number as I didn't have the key box code (even tho it was sent on time, but I didn't check the App) and Steve answer straight away and helped me out.

Hard to pick anything to be honest.
