Very Good and kind staffs. Good food for dinner and breakfast (no much diversity but simple indian foods, but their taste was really good)

Bed condition was not good (feeling sticky from linen) . There was no facial tissue.

We stayed one night as a transit to get to Delhi International Airport early morning. Staff was very good. Had dinner at the restaurant and was good. Airport drop was very good the vehicle arrived in time.

Close to airport served our purpose of a few hours of rest during layover

Breakfast : Could be better arranged

Clean room, Polite and courteous staff. Decent breakfast buffet. Value for money. 10 minutes from airport T3. Free pick up or drop to airport. We requested for airport drop and since we had lot of luggage, we requested for large car. Hotel accommodated our request and a nice clean innova was arranged to drop us. The vehicle was arranged dot on time. Impressed by the service standard, cleanliness and timeliness.

Es un hotel reformado y las instalaciones son nuevas. La cocina es riquísima, tanto la cena como el desayuno y el personal es amable. Tienen room service 24/7. Este hotel aparece dos veces en Booking: uno es Iva premiun delhi airport, que te incluyen llevarte al aeropuerto pero te cobran la recogida a 10 euros (1000rupias) y el otro es Iva premium aerocity, que es más caro y te incluyen ambos traslados. Mira a ver cual te compensa más, el hotel es el mismo. Yo pagué la recogida, se tardan 15 minutos en llegar y el conductor estaba puntual.

Aunque ponga aerocity esta situado en el cochambroso barrio Mahipalpur. El hotel en general está bastante sucio, cuando abrí la cama estaba llena de pelos y llamé al servicio de limpieza para que me pusieran sábanas limpias delante de mi. Hay una mafia con los hoteles alrededor del aeropuerto de Delhi. Si veis que tienen muchos 10 es porque las reseñas las ponen en el propio hotel y no tienen ni un 5. Los hoteles de esa zona son todos terribles, este se salva por estar reformado pero es caro para los estándares de India. Mi habitación daba a un bajo interior muy feo. Lo vi positivo porque así no hubo ruidos.
