-very good localisation -very good contact with owner of the flat -enough space for two people - TV
- unfortunatelly during my stay the water flowed out of the floor and during my stay, the floor was wet. The walls had water stains.

Very good location and wonderful design!
Loft area for the bed was a little crammed but otherwise very spacious for a few nights stay.
