Family&dog-friendly caravan near Porthcawl beaches

The caravan is ideally situated it was spotless, everything you needed was there

On our checkout, my daughters car would not start. Unfortunately, she was parked in the allocated space. I immediately let the owner know and kept her updated. I rang the AA and also rang my husband who was at work he dropped everyrhing and drove to the site, luckily we live in Caerphilly. The owner did tell me they had someone checking in, so needed to clean the property so the pressure was on. Check out is at 11am we managed to resolve the issue and was off site at 11.10am. The cleaners turned up, unfortunately the gentleman was sharp with my daughter because of the delay to check out. This was a situation that we had no control over, we kept the owner up to date and worked hard to solve this issue as soon as we could it was a little disappointing that this was not acknowledged, not only that there was no need to be so sharp and curt. Sometimes things happen

It’s the first time we have stayed in a caravan and we really were not disappointed. Cosy, clean and very well equipped. We had to stay in on Saturday as the weather was horrendous, but we didn’t mind as the caravan was lovely.

The weather!! With the red warning, we were torn between staying in the van or going to the snow dome but i am really glad we were brave and stayed put!
