Lovely guest house great hosts so helpful and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the location would have liked to have been able to stay longer. Great breakfast really enjoyed it. Free parking. Beach Very close by Loved the small beach area for the dogs. Visited Cockington village beautiful place.

Lovely little place just a 15 minute walk to Paignton with Goodrington sands a 5 minute walk. Chris and Amelia are lovely warm and welcoming. The house is lovely and clean. Breakfast was lovely too.

Nothing to not like. It does exactly what it says on the tin. An excellent value for money B & B in a great little spot.

Literally only stayed for 8 hours and slept but room was cosy and pleasant. Camelia extended check in especially for my late arrival thank you
