Scarsa varietà nel menù pranzo/cena
ITBella location. Il castello è bellissimo e abbastanza ben tenuto. La piscina è gradevole, le camere spartane ma spaziose, bagno bello. Un sacco di attività proposte, anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito. Cenare e dormire in un vero castello: sicuramente da provare una volta nella vita.
Purtroppo i servizi non si sono dimostrati all’altezza: Su 5 tinozze idromassaggio nessuna funzionava, ed eravamo in piena stagione. Nessun avviso in fase di prenotazione. Anche la sauna era spenta. In camera arredamento molto spartano, niente TV e soprattutto nessun accappatoio o salviettone aggiuntivo per la zona piscina. Pulizia non proprio ideale. In compenso i prezzi erano molto elevati (12€ uno spritz) e anche la cena non era proprio economica, sinceramente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato. Capisco le spese elevate del mantenimento della struttura, ma tutto sommato siamo rimasti proprio po’ delusi.

Seems a bit disorganized, it took some getting used to. Potentially could be wonderful. It doesn’t feel like it found its balance in the vibe. A bit all over the place. But beautiful rooms and nature fabulous. Only service not clear, some v nice people and some a bit less.

CZNejkrásnější místo jaké jsme navštívili.Pokoje krásně zařízené.Úžasné výhledy,hlavně při západu slunce.Bazén skvělý s výhledem do krajiny.
Většina personálu velice příjemná a ochotná. Během večeře nás obsluhovala velice arogantní silnější servírka,večer měl být hezký zážitek,ale nebylo nám příjemně i když se ostatní personál moc snažil.Jídlo získalo hořkost..Další večer jsme raději využili Kavárnu u nádraží dole ve vesnici,kde byli majitelé naprosto úžasní originál italská pohostinnost a vše i přes jazykovou bariéru.Není nutné mluvit anglicky,ale chtít porozumět!!

CHThe property is very charming, I strongly suggest the dinner organised by the property.
I think the property booking.com account has been hacked. After my stay I have received from the property booking.com account request to provide additional payment details or my stay would have been cancelled even though my stay already happened and I was already charged by booking. Additionally, I have received on my WhatsApp number from an Indian number a reminder to provide additional payment details or my reservation would have been cancelled even though my stay and related payment already happened.
