Caravan was fabulously clean, staff were amazing, facilities spot on

No signs for reception, we were not informed that facilities were not available in the week only on weekend, restaurant only open on weekend, this was the reason we booked site, sit map given to us was incorrect and misleading, a lot of noise from contractors doing work on site, road blocked by contractors on day of leaving had to drive around on grass area to exit site. Site did not live upto its own advertisement on your site.

Signage to find way to various facilities, facilities advertised should have been available, restaurant etc, warning of noise and inconvenience of contractors working on site, it would have good to know that certain facilities are not available in off peak times, this is not in the advertisement, work being carried out by contractors caused inconvenience this was not highlighted to us, stay was disappointing, just didn't live upto e petitions.

Patio doors were difficult to shut/lock. The cupboard by the front door had a problem with the hinges. Clock battery had stopped working. Pool water temp was too hot

No food service on the site, even though it was advertised.

The accommodation was immaculate, brand new looking and had everything required for a self catering holiday. The members of the team called in advance to see if we wanted to remove a bed to put the travel cot in- very thoughtful. All the team were very good with kids and very accommodating. The location was stunning and the beach was a two minute walk away. Would highly recommend.

The only small issue was not being able to get food at the holiday park, but think it was because it was a weekday stay and low season- they had food and entertainment on at the weekends before and after our stay. Pwllheli had plenty of food options though and despite this small issue, we would have stayed longer if we could!

It was very close to beach. Great location. Clean house and staff was helpful. They also have pub which has nice food options. We didn't use pool or sauna but if someone wants to spend time on site, its great option to relax.

Rooms could use blackout curtains.
