GRAND ANARA AIRPORT HOTEL

とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。シャワーも温かいお湯で水量も十分でした。 以前利用した国際線横にあるAnara Hotelよりも良かったです。(ちなみにこのホテルGrand Anara Hotelは第3ターミナルドメスティックの駐車場方面に位置しています。Anara Hotelとは逆方向にあるので，名前は似てますが間違えないように注意が必要です)

Amazing property just next to the domestic departure...few minutes walking...so conveniente and so cheap

The stay was for a few hours of good sleep before catching a 5:30am flight from T3 international. This hotel is located in T3 domestic end, however within easy walk to the international area (less than 10 minutes, including dragging wheeled suitcases). The property looks fairly new and very clean. It served the purpose well as it gave us a good 4 hour sleep. The staff was very friendly as in most hotels in Indonesia. Thank you Grand Anara for the excellent stay.

New hotel, not really ready to host people. No signage to find the hotel, which is extremely confusing because it has almost the same name as one at the other end of the airport (Anara vs. Grand Anara). The restaurant isn’t done, so you can’t eat there or order room service— highly important for an airport hotel. It doesn’t show up on maps yet, which meant I tried to order food to be delivered and it was a fiasco, with one of the meals I ordered being lost entirely.

Staff was great. This was a last minute booking due to a flight change. Only thing that would be great is for better signage in the airport providing direction to the hotel entrance.

A very good place to stay at a decent price that is very convenient for transit passengers. Staff was great and a real help with the things we needed.
