Φοβερή εγκατάσταση, πολύ καθαρά, γενικά από τις κορυφαίες επιλογές στο κέντρο.

Un très agréable séjour au Artion. La bonne surprise à notre arrivée, nous avons en plus été surclassé ! Accueil extra et beaucoup d'attention de l'équipe. Nous avons apprécié le confort et le calme de la chambre, les petits déjeuner avec choix varié et de qualité. Et une équipe extra ! Mention spéciale à Stella et son accueil chaleureux et ses bonnes adresses ;)

L' emplacement de l' hôtel. Proche des lieux et musées à visiter; au coeur de la ville.restaurants tout proche. Quartier très calme. Chambre spacieuse; literie très confortable.

Le bruit du circuit de la climatisation, au niveau de la chambre du dernier étage devrait être atténué.

The overall wooden decor was nice, the late checkin was considerate.

We arrived late at night due to a flight delay, and while the hotel handled the late check-in communication well, we found only one set of towels in the room despite booking for two guests and completing all pre-arrival details accordingly. Since it was very late, there was no staff available to assist. The reception’s response the next morning was limited to a brief apology. The breakfast, described as “superb,” was fairly mediocre and disappointing. Overall, the hotel looks nice, but nothing particularly special.

Lovely boutique hotel, well decorated specious rooms. 10 min from the city center by walk, which keeps you in a quite area. And 10 minutes from the airport. The stuff is amazing! Especially George, the hotel manager who helped us a lot during our entire stay in crete!
