Sigiri Wild Lake Dambulla

This place invites you to relax, do yoga and watch birds. I enjoyed the tranquillity very much. The room was clean the food very tasty.

Amazing location right in the wildlife, Dilan was a fantastic host really welcoming and caring showed me the local area and offered great activities. The elephant safari was exceptional. The food and meals given were fantastic really tasty didn’t go hungry ever. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great food,very friendly hosts and an amazing atmosphere close to the lake. Absolutely quiet, no traffic, just nature.

Breakfast was Sri Lanka style, they didnt give me other option. Some locals were doing a bit of party at night in the property, but they were quiet luckily.

A amarzing location which is fulfilled with nature. Nice view with the lake.wow. delicious foods and friendly staff. Nice rooms and bathrooms which are clear and attractive. Highly recommended place.

This place is far from its potential. It could be a simple 5 stars if some major points would get improved and as the other reviews seems as made by friends I want to compensate for that and show that you should be aware of some important things that made your stay here challenging. First, the owner was not present both of the days I stayed here, this and the thing that the wifi did not work made my stay very challenging  I had to go to a lovely neighbour who saved me in helping me with my basic needs - check in. The host even promised me that he would be present and that the wife would work. That did not happened so the reability of the host is questionable. Also, he trier to lie to me when I raised the issue with not working wifi. He said his phone was available with an open hotspot, which was a lie as it was available only during his presence, which was very brief time in the evening - after There were other negative things as a bedsheet is not a blanket and it is not enough for to sleep in the tree house, at least for me, I felt cold, but to be fare there were also some positives as a welcome drink from the soursop from the garden. But to me, to have a realiable host that is trustful and welcoming is way too important to be a successful place to stay.

Very kind poeple , Dylan and his father are really helpfull, massive breakfast, you can rent moto bike 500m from there, really quiet at night, can do cheap tour really cheap with boat , food , amazing experience
