- location was nice and quiet - fully stocked with facilities, kitchen necessities; although might not have been new products, ready opened - milk alternatives - nice and cosy - loads of towels and bathroom necessities available

- spiders everywhere; even on beds - dirty bedsheets, looks like someone treaded on it with work boots! - noise alarm goes off if you have a naturally loud voice so be aware! haha

Worked perfect for us as a group to go watch oasis at Heaton park. Nice touch's inside. Plenty of beds. Quiet area

"Great little house close to Manchester City"

Great house, very modern and clean..good location, only 10 minutes Uber ride into the city. Easy to check in and out. Staff were very responsive via booking.com messaging. I would stay again if I was visiting Manchester.

Curtains in the bedrooms could be better as they didn't block out the sun
