Great location, close to the center and bus station(shuttle and city one). Big, clean apartment, with good equipment.

Appartamento comodo, a due passi dal teatro Politeama. Abbiamo alloggiato in 5 e ci siamo trovati bene.

Macchinetta del caffè non ben funzionante e caffè non buono

La posizione perfetta per visitare Palermo a piedi con vicinanza a tutti i punti di utilità commerciale e turistica. L'accoglienza della gentile proprietaria con spiegazioni varie e bibite fresche nel frigo, l'arredamento accogliente, le dotazioni di lavatrice, stendino e altre cose utili come forno a microonde.

Alcune cose che segnalo solo per critica costruttiva, scopino del water con manico rotto

The apartment is located in a really cool area, with lots of things to explore nearby. There's a regular bus stop just around the corner, and also a hop-on-hop-off tour bus stop very close by, which made sightseeing super convenient. The pier is also just a short walk away, which was great for evening strolls and boat trips.

Unfortunately, there were some issues during our stay. We were charged additional fees for a late check-in, which were not communicated in advance and turned out to be quite expensive. On the first night, we didn’t get access to both bedrooms even though we paid the full price. I had to sleep on a small spare bed with an old, moldy mattress. I asked for a refund due to this, but the host declined, which was disappointing as we did not receive what we paid for. Also, be aware that the main bedroom doesn’t get any daylight—the window is completely blocked by an old garage door. The location really is a big plus, and we enjoyed being close to everything. However, considering the word "luxury" is part of the property's name, we were expecting a bit more in terms of comfort and communication. I’d still recommend staying here for the convenience—but make sure in advance that you’ll have access to all the rooms you’ve booked.

This is a newly renovated, spacious two-room accommodation. The main room is equipped with several drawers and a cloth hanger which were very useful for one-week stay. The washing machine was also very helpful. The location is close to city center and the main street. I could find a big supermarket (coop) in 5 min distance, as well as many good restaurants.

A slightly thicker blanker (duvet) could be helpful in the winter. Other than that, everything was fine.
