North Villa extended stay

I didn't like ANYTHING about that nasty, disgusting place. I stayed 1 NIGHT not the 2 I paid for l, that I'm WAITING ON MY REFUND for! I got up to ROACHES in the bed with me, run to shower that's backed up filling up the tub with ALL TYPES OF FILTH!! Now any real traveler that is clean is going to do what the need to do to ASSURE its clean, but to have BOTH ROOMS to have nasty toilet is ridiculous, didn't know. The toilet was broken until I killed the roach and tried to flush it in the first room. Got moved to another room, which it was poop inside of the toilet at the bottom, which also showed it had not been cleaned. Neither room! Just disgusting. So I was out of there early in the morning. I was gone before 10 a.m. ( that shower was the last straw & ROACHES in the bed!!) I need my money back. Spoke to booking.com, I went up there. The lady says she couldn't up the emails and kthe man in the morning do it. I need my money RETURNED. They should be happy I'm not asking for a FULL REFUND. And I'm heading to Google review about this also, because that's just ridiculous.!!

That's it's on a REPUTABLE platform, it is NO GOOD. Shouldn't be on anyone's recommendation list...had to LITERALLY unpack and then repack my suitcases to make sure I didn't have no critters inside.

Roaches galore with the cent of raid on everything, Bad Tenants, Bad Location, No fresh linens, dirty sheets and towels, it's just no where that i'd book again.

Horrible , de las peores experiencias que he vivido, tuve que comprar cloro, y desinfectante, el cuerpo sucio, olía demasiado mal , habían chiripas , realmente es lo peor que me ha tocado quedarme, no lo recomiendo .

Es súper cochino, huele mal, todo sucio, es un asco.

I booked a kitchenette and got a regular hotel room with a broken door. Partially remodeled room no refrigerator or stove top. Just a microwave. Overall for the price it worked out. Sleep and shower and although the parking lot was jamming with non-guests using the parking lot as a racetrack my car was untouched! For that Im grateful 🙏🏽🙌🏽

It was not a kitchenette and trash was always right outside my door!
