10/10 – Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place in Seoul. Josh was an extremely helpful and responsive host, making our stay smooth from start to finish. The accommodation is perfectly located right in the centre of Seoul, next to Seoul Station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Our family of five stayed for 8 nights, and the place truly felt like home. Everything we needed was provided, and the space was comfortable and well-equipped for a longer stay. Being surrounded by a local neighbourhood gave us an authentic Seoul experience—you really can’t get more local than this. We would absolutely stay here again. 10 out of 10!

Nothing at all

The whole process of checking in and out was super easy thanks to the amazing host and descriptions provided upfront. We were greeted by a lot of snacks and water just for us, even adapters for your devices and plugs, and the apartment itself is roomy too, especially if you add the front part.

The bathroom & toilet being the same room is okay, but I would‘ve thought there is at least some separation instead of making the whole room wet every time. Besides that, the couch could be just a little bit bigger so it can fit 2 people with bigger statues.

This location is very close to Seoul Station. We had 3 adults and 3 older teens and there was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. There is a washer and dryer and a front porch that can be accessed separately from the main living quarters. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good central location in Seoul. We took the Arex from Incheon Airport and the location was super convenient.

I didn't realize the apartment was on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a problem, I just didn't know. This may be my error because I may not have read the description fully.

We stayed as four girls at this apartment for two weeks and it was wonderful. Location was great, we were free to plan our domestic flights and rides because of nearby station. It stands on little hill, may cause little problems with luggage. Accommodation was clean and pretty big for Seoul. Rooms equipped very well, it has everything you can imagine: washing machine and dryer, hairdryers, steamer, medicine kit, toothbrushes, shampoo etc., lot of towels, lot of drinking water and food for first meal Also owner was really kind and provide us with complete information about on how to get to the house (including day and night versions) and was ready to fulfill our needs and answer various questions.
