Getting a bit threadbare - stains on carpet, placemats etc. Blurb says TV but actually no TV channels- just Netflix etc - bit misleading

Convenient locality. Quiet, despite busy roads. Mountain view. Security including vehicle parking. Spacious. Nice and Modern. Comfortable bed.

Tatty, dirty carpet in the bedroom, it would be better to have no carpet. 'Bath towels' were small and worn, not in keeping with the modern upmarket ambiance..

Self catering. Location was good and access by car into property was easy. Few sachets of coffee, creamer and sugar was thoughtful as was some ground coffee.

I had to ask for electricity to be topped up and this was inconvenient and a bit demeaning. Since I was a long stay guest this should have been top loaded for the duration of my stay. Load shedding app could have been shared prior to arrival as I had to ask for these times. Cutlery and utensils need to replaced. Pans were in a terrible state which meant I had to go out and buy my own. One or two bottles of still water would have a been a thoughtful gesture.
