"Šalta ir nelabai malonu, bet iš bėdos - tinka, tik gal kiek per daug pinigų atsiėjo."

Išdėstymas bute tikrai neblogas, puikiai tinka vienam žmogui, yra televizorius.

Švara tikrai toli gražu nebuvo ideali, klozetas neplautas, kriauklė ir dušas kalkėti. Net įsijungus šildymo funkciją kondicionieriuje, bute vis tiek buvo labai šalta. Pagrindinė buto dalis (svetainė) yra tiesiai prieš langą, kurio neįmanoma uždengti, t. y. nėra naktinių užuolaidų. Garso izoliacija nuo laiptinės labai prasta. Lokacija netoli stoties, tai kartais šiek tiek baugoka.

Niestety apartament nie był posprzątany. Brudne okna, pajęczyny czy nie odkurzone podłogi. Pościel nie pierwszej świeżości.

"Переночевать до/после аэропорта - супер!"

Отличная квартира для 1 ночи до/после аэропорта! Плюсы: Кондиционер работающий, фреоном как надо заправленный, мощный, охлаждающий без проблем! Хозяину плюсик в карму за обслуженный кондиционер!!! 300 метров пешком от автобусного вокзала, 450 метров пешком - от ж/д вокзала. Экономия на такси! За сутки до заезда Хозяин прислал подробную инструкцию с фотографией, по этой инструкции даже в час ночи в темноте мы легко нашли подъезд, вход, ключи. Хороший ремонт в душе и санузле, напор воды отличный! К нашему приеду было чисто. Кофемашина и капсулы к ней.
