The location is very close to all the highlights and de appartement has everything you need. It’s cosy, quiet and beautifull.

Great location and easy access once realised the entry process. I have to say in 6 weeks of travel this apartment had the best quality bed linen and pillows. It was the best. We were grateful for air conditioning. Lovely to stay in a stylish apartment.

The kitchen needed a fan, tea towel. Not so good for those people who are tall. Apartment not as light as photos look.

Beautifully curated apartment in a fantastic location, metres from the centre of the action. We loved the two comfortable bedrooms, well functioning air conditioning, small balcony with rooftop view and the well equipped kitchen. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

The bathroom was uncomfortably hot, but the air conditioning kept the rest of the apartment cool.

Location was excellent. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Aircon and lift was appreciated. Access to the apartment was easy

We stayed as a family of five and this place was perfect. The location was amazing - while it is about 15-20 min walk from the train station, once you get there it is right off the pizza maggiore so all the key attractions were near by. It was very close to the Quadrilatero markets so we were able to shop there for dinner every night, and the apartments was equipped with all the essential cooking items so we were able to cook and enjoy some of the pasta. There was also a small vintage elevator which was charming and allowed us to transport our bags easily, and a small breakfast nook veranda. The owner was clear in communications, and with self-serve check in and phone-controlled access to the apartment it was very convenient

You have to dispose of your own trash. The directions for trash disposal was a little unclear at first - the location is down the street on the left, not under the building. Not a big issue

Great location to all main sites in Bologna. Well decorated and functional apartment. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, the apartment was well stocked.

The location is superb. It is right by all the tourist sites. The host is responsive.

The sofa bed seriously needs changing. One could feel the springs. It is horribly uncomfortable. They should not use this sofa bed anymore. It is unfair to advertise about the extra bed. My son is 12 year old and he could hardly sleep on it. Air conditioning remote controls has to be requested - it is not provided on arrival. Heating also has to be requested.
