Only the location was good

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, and it was a disappointing experience. The room was cleaned only once during our entire stay, and even then it was just basic dusting—no mopping was done. The bed sheets and curtains were dirty, and despite requesting cleaning, no proper housekeeping was provided. The amenities mentioned in the listing, such as an iron and cooking utensils, were missing. Although there was a gas stove, no cookware was available, and for four guests there were only two glasses and two plates. One bathroom had no lock, and the shower was not working. We were not given any cleaning supplies like a broom or mop, yet we were blamed for keeping the room untidy. The staff member we dealt with was rude, unhelpful, and spoke to us as if we were staying there for free, despite paying for our stay. Overall, the property did not match the listing, and the attitude of the staff made the experience even worse.

We had a really wonderful stay at this property with family and friends. The host was very kind, supportive, and always available whenever needed. The location is excellent — very close to Prem Mandir and easily accessible to nearby attractions and local transport. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vrindavan with family or friends.

Апартаменты - 2 комнаты с двуспальными кроватями и своими санузлами, и кухней нам на троих взрослых отлично подошли, места для чемоданов хватило, но шкаф был один. Два балкона, очень удобно. Вид потрясающий на Вриндаван! Была горячая вода в душе. В номере было чисто, воды питьевой давали большой бак. Был работающий холодильник, газовая плита, ковшик и минимальный набор посуды. В номере были и потолочные вентиляторы и сплит, пользовались первым, т.к.сильной жары ещё не было. Персонал отзывчивый. Территория закрытая, на 9 этаж ходят 2 лифта. Обезьяны бегают, но не докучают. Напротив здания магазин с продуктами и хоз.товарами, недалеко аптека и овощная, и фруктовая лавки в 5 минутах ходьбы. Рикшу легко поймать на этой улице и доехать куда угодно. Место не шумное, отдохнуть можно с открытыми окнами. А ещё был хороший вай-фай.

В душевой не было водосгона, мыла, шампуня, полотенец. Номеру требуется ремонт. Сам номер уставший, мебель, постельное тоже. Кровати были жестковаты. В целом, для Индии - нормально.

Хорошее расположение, закрытый жилой комплекс со своей чистой и ухоженной территорией, вдали от шумных дорог. Прем мандир 5 мин. Пешком, Кришна Баларам ИССКОН 15 мин Балкон и высокий этаж, открывается прекрасный вид , что для Индии вообще уникально. Персонал идёт на встречу по любым вопросам. Но чистоты вы от них всеравно не добьётесь, увы, у них свое понимание чистоты. Холодильник, плита горячая вода и балкон делают быт проще Соотношение цена качество хорошее.

Хотелось бы чистоты, и дом и номера нуждаются в текущем ремонте.
