The place was truly excellent and extremely well equipped: - comfortable parking spot in front of the property - very fast Internet for remote work - air-conditioning in both rooms - electric blinds for a perfect sleep - about 30 minutes walk to the center and around 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket.

Very comfortable apartament for family

Everything was just perfect

The apartment is very nice, spacious and new. Exceptionally clean and equipped for everything one needs even for a longer stay. The location is okey - 15 minutes walk from the historic center. I was a bit worried that the noise from the street wouild bother us but it turned out that the Green flat is looking inside the courtyard. Antonella was really kind and managed our check in very fast.

The only thing I would flag is that there is an ongoing building construction next door which can be a bit disturbing as the workers were starting the day at 7 am.

The host met us at the property and showed us around and showed us how to work everything. The property is very comfortable and well laid out. The owner responds to your requests very quickly. I would highly recommend this property. Location to old town and the beach is 5 minutes away. If you have a car, parking is street parking, but we never had a problem getting parking. The neighbourhood is great. Grocery store right around the corner.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb! The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The patio was a wonderful bonus — a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of Monopoli, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The hosts were absolutely wonderful — warm, welcoming, and always available for any questions or tips. They truly made us feel at home. This is definitely the perfect place to stay while visiting Monopoli, and you can walk to the train station, no car needed. Highly recommend!
