"Unclean room, hotel changed my review!"

The bed was full of hair but at least I got a new sheet after asking for it. Considering the location it was relatively quiet.

The bed wasn't clean at all when I came. No view from the window, just concrete. This hotel has completely changed my review to a 10-star-rating! What fraud is this?? DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BOOKING REFERENCE! I think I gave 6 before, but with this fraudulent behavior, I will not give more than 5. The other room (family) I was shown had mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Nope, thanks

"If you are very tight on budget, then only book but expect very bad experience"

Hotel does not have lift. Also hot water is intermittent. One room had no window and was completely closed from all sides

very dark intermitent hot water all electricity plugs were broken the toilet was not clean TV was not working on both the rooms
