So, I had booked the deluxe room at the hotel, considering that I was for my senior citizen parents and I did a thorough research to book a hotel for their comfortable stay. Upon reaching, my parents were told that all rooms are the same size and were given the smallest room. I booked for two days. Unfortunately my parents had to stay for one night since it was late and checked out the next day and found another better place to stay. This was the most embarrassing moment for me as I thought I was booking a nice hotel based on the reviews. The fact that the hotel staff told them that all rooms are the same size, this means that they either lied to my parents on face or they are lying about their different room options on the website. As indian kids, we are always told that we are good for nothing and now this hotel gave my parents two months worth of ammo to prove it 🤦‍♀️ To top it off, they shamelessly charged the full amount!

A/C was noisy and too cold. Room was not perfect clean.

Food options are limited for whole day. You can only order food in specific time duration only. Only beverages are allowed whole day and options there, are also limited. Otherwise it's very good and clean hotel for stay and in reasonable price. staff is well behaved.

1. room facilities are adequate / more than expected 2. very polite staff in all sections of the hotel, including front office, restaurant, cleaners, and security guard 3. tasty and adequate morning breakfast spread

1. Bathroom is tiny, difficult to even shower in the confined space. 2. In an overzealous bid to save paper, the front office re-uses the ID card scans of guests as rough paper. In effect, the photo-copy of guests' aadhar card (which we haveto give at the time of checking in) is used for "back side printing" in various parts of the hotel including restaurant, and back office accounts.... this is a serious breach of guest's privacy.
