Luxury Apartment in Luton

Staff was great! Very kind and accommodating.

It's a nice flat. I wouldn't describe it as luxury. There is a long steep flight of stairs to get to the flat.

I liked that it had a cooker fridge and the basics that are expected, I liked that the host was friendly and did his best to accommodate

I didn’t like that it was advertised as a luxury apartment and wasn’t luxury at all. It was a standard apartment and should not be advertised as luxury. The floor was dirty and sticky upon arrival as well as extremely cold. I contacted the host and he brought me a blow heater, he also sent the cleaner to come and hoover and mop the floor. She did so but left out the bathroom which remained sticky so I had to use one of the towels provided to stand on while in the bathroom. The bathroom wall was filthy. And the bathroom had a strong smell of damp. The sofa bed is broken so had to make other arrangements for the person who was supposed to stay with me. The WiFi was abysmal and I was unable to do what I had planned to do for work. I was forced to check out extra early in order to find somewhere with decent WiFi signal and also private to take part in my conference call. The host tried but was unable to accommodate and I gave up complaining.
