It's quite and the staff are friendly and connected 24 hours in the group the food in the restaurant was delicious

The electricity cut off suddenly 😅 and the people all the way on beach we were not able to relax because of them coming every 5 Minutes saying hi 🥲 and offering for the activities

Customer service, location, facilities, cleanness, privacy, quiet and safe with security 24/7, private pool, high ceilings, A/C, large TV.

The tap water is slightly salted in this area (nothing the host can do about it) but it did not bother us too much. You can refill your bottles with drinking water at the bar for free and we had two water tanks in the house to use at the end of the shower to wash off the salty feeling, so not a big deal.

Friendly staff, size of rooms, facilities inside the rooms, beach view, outside facilities, overall hotel size, the restaurant. We spent wonderful time.

Water is salty. However, the hotel provides drinking water with free refill.

Manque un peu d’équipement dans la cuisine mais c’est vraiment pour dire quelque chose…

Everything was loved from the location to locals .. hospitality to every facility provided and were taken cared of ! It truly made our stay with 2 kids easy and enjoyed ! Loved the quiet breezy location .. wish to revisit in future ❤️

Absolutely nothing ... just the food takes longer to be prepared but thats coz its made fresh and delicious so no complaints just be smart to order keeping 45-60 mins ahead of your meal time.

This place is a gem. I'm so pleased we booked it. We were warmly greeted by the staff and received excellent customer service throughout. The villa is really nice, just as in the photos. The grounds are beautifully kept and there's lots of space to relax and enjoy the setting without feeling like there's a lot of people around. The restaurant is a nice place to sit and the staff great, really good customer service. The food is average and paying cash is a pain because it's hard to plan for how much you will spend on your food upfront. The breakfast menu was a bit restrictive and no kids menu so I was paying a large amount for my 6 year old child who would not eat that serving size. We enjoyed the live entertainment particularly as the singers played local music. We will return to this place for sure.

Booking was a pain; unnecesarily convoluted. Too many upfront, irrelevant questions on booking form. I was also totally confused as I thought I had paid booking.com and then received a request for money which included an additional card carrier fee. None of this was set out in the information so I found it off putting as an initial communication with this hotel.
