Posizione centralissima, appartamento raffinato e confortevole, personale molto disponibile e cordiale.

Il conferimento rifiuti perché l'appartamento non aveva ricevuto dal Comune le tessere di apertura dei cassonettie nonostante la disponibilità dello staff di lasciarli lì perché li avrebbe preso il personale di pulizia, noi abbiamo trovato dei cassonetti aperti e li abbiamo messi lì.

"A stay close to the heart of Aosta"

A very interesting old property with antique furniture & local artwork, clean, well maintained, secure, and very well equipped. A good location close to the museum and within easy walking distance of everything in Aosta's historic centre, restaurants, and bars as well as local food shops.

A bit cramped for 4 people. Only 1 set of keys provided for 2 couples. Communication was impersonal, and confusing so rather unhelpful. There was also a discrepancy in the amount of tourist tax requested which exceeded that quoted by Booking.com but this was corrected satisfactorily. The ridiculous instruction to take recycling to Piazza della Repubblica instead of the community bins 2 mins away. No card provided to access the recycling bins or receptacles for the recycling.
