The place is very nice and clean. The are is very quite. You have everything you need, fridge, microwave, kettle, iron board, hairdryer. A nice yard with a small pool to relax.

Nice room with fridge, in a quiet area, street parking and walking distance to the harbour.

Bad soundproofing - not for light sleepers. Some of the rooms you have to go out to the common area and enter your “private bath and toilet” there is no direct access to the private bath from the room.

Great, clean room with excellent facilities in a quiet location just outside the main harbour. Jason went out of his way to be available when required and kept us fully informed all the way. Highly recommended. We'll absolutely be back. 10/10

Absolutely nothing 😁

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was very clean and bright. There was some coffee, tea, and sugar left in the room, as well as 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Very quiet place. Some rooms have a bathroom opposite the room,but we were lucky to get our room change with the shower for my mum. In the bathroom, there's shower gel and shampoo. It's not big,but as I said, very well looked after place. We had no issues with our short stay. The room looked exactly the same as in the pictures on booking.com.Best recommendations for everyone 👌 Good luck, Bayside 1 team 😊 hope to be back sometime soon.

The staff is attentive only if you negotiate, otherwise they won't do anything. The wifi is good.

the bed was very small, uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. the bathroom and toilet are not in the room and it was not comfortable to get dressed at midnight to go to the toilet. There is no real pool, don't dream about it. It's a plastic pool and out is out of service. you can see the pic.Zero voice privacy, whatever you say in the room, other people outside can also hear. The first night the bed was so noisy that we had to put the mattress on the floor and we slept on the floor.

Loved the room size and the quality of accommodation. Very cozy but chiq! Has everything you need from a good room, to a clean private bathroom plus the kitchen and outdoor space.

Quiet and well placed for exploring the coast e.g. Peter's Port and Il-Kalanka. Slightly out of Marsaxlokk but easy to access the bus network. Check in and communication was simple. Good value for money; would be a good base for a trip .

Info for check in was sent day of - I think it would be good idea to sent at least a confirmation earlier with a clear statement of when the information for doorcodes etc will be sent on.

Quiet and peaceful location, amazing people, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed good sleep, birds waking us up 😄
